T Venkateswara Rao, Vice President - Oprs, is Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Diploma in Dairy Engineering from NDRI, Karnal. He worked 24 years in AP Dairy Development Federation Ltd in various positions. He is associated with the organization since inception from 1992.

C V S Kaleshwara Rao, Head – HR, is a Post Graduate in Social Sciences and B.L with around 20 years of experience in three large scale manufacturing organizations i.e Coastal Papers Limited and The Waterbase Limited - "The Thaper Group" and was responsible for the entire gamut of HR. His last assignment was with The Lanco Industries Ltd of "The Lanco group".

J Samba Murthy, Head – Marketing & Sales, is MBA (Marketing). He has around 19 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG and has worked with A.P.Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Limited (Vijaya), Visakha Dairy (Visakha), Safal Market ( A unit - NDDB). His last assignment was with Reliance Industries Limited in Life Sciences Division.

G Vinod Kumar, Head – Materials, is Engineering Graduate with MBA, PGDMM, DFT having 25 Years of rich Experience in the field of Materials Management and ERP environment like SAP and ORACLE. Before Joining Heritage Foods ( India ) Ltd, Worked in Various Reputed Engineering and Process Industries as Head of the Department (Southern Steels Ltd , HBL Nife Ltd , MTAR Technologies ) in and around the Hyderabad.

K Raja Babu, Head - Information Technology, is IDD(Dairy Tech) from N D R I, Post Graduate Diploma from IRMA and M.Sc( Comp Science). He has around 18 years of experience in two large scale dairy organizations i.e The Proddutur Dairy and Visakha Dairy in various positions and in various functional areas and has 7 years of software experience in project management and SAP.
